Patrick Hale is the Founder and Broker of Record for The Local Realty, Inc. Patrick was born and raised in Carmel, CA where his family has served the community for over 40+ years. Patrick is an entrepreneur and leader in the real estate community with a diverse background in all aspects of the industry. As a Top Producer in California specializing in Luxury Homes and Multi-Unit Sales, Patrick has sold over 300+ properties across California. In addition to assisting clientele, Patrick also manages all operations for The Local Realty.

In 2012 Patrick became the youngest elected Director in history for the Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS and was shortly after appointed as the youngest Director in history for SANDICOR, the San Diego Regional Multiple Listing Service; one of the largest Real Estate MLS systems in the country with over 19,000 real estate subscribers. Patrick has served on numerous Boards of the nation’s largest Real Estate organizations, including the California Association of REALTORS, and has been recognized with several industry awards for his service.
