Unprofessional, no accountability. Len from bunker hill ‘appraised’ our home for sale and in Philadelphia. He came back with a low appraisal, problem was the square footage was incorrect and even though we supplied them two other appraisals from 2015 and 2019 that showed the correct square footage. Len, bunker hill and the appraisal management company were in impossible to contact, unresponsive and refuse to admit or correct their mistake. I guess our house shrunk over the 6 years we lived there. We lost weeks worth of time, earnest money from potential buyer and have been unable to by a new home because of their poor work and customer service. Save yourself time money and stress and take your business elsewhere.
